We had to rekey our triple lock impact front door key immediately. I called Richard's Locksmiths in Coral Springs. The technician was impressed by the impact door we purchased from Broward Impact Windows of Dania Beach ,FL. The locksmith told my husband that the door was best hurricane door he had seen. We don't want it to be tested but we feel confident that Jay Gannon of Broward Impact Windows and Doors helped us choose wisely with our safety in mind. FInancing options are available to help purchasing impact products essential to living in South Florida. We were pleased that an expert acknowledged the quality of a product suggested for protecting our home.

We interviewed 6 different companies and learned something new from each one. Jay was our first person and set the bar high. He was friendly, professional and informative. He explained everything including the differences and was never pushy or salesy. Jay was available every time I called, emailed or texted. We just signed the agreement and are looking forward to them providing the information for our HOA and then installation. Windows have been installed. Jay was in contact through the entire process. Installers finished in 3-4 days, completely doing 1 window at a time. They covered everything, cleaned as they went, were polite, punctual and respectful of our home. Don't think I could come up with 1 negative issue dealing with Broward Impact Window & Door. I would highly recommend them.

Rene Lezcano was the original salesman on our hurricane windows & doors & was a delight to deal with. Earlier this year the glass cracked (our fault) on the laundry room door. We contacted Rene & he took care of the whole process of obtaining a new door & installation. Great job. Recently the living room sliding glass door lock mechanism failed. Rene took care of getting the lock replaced including installing the new one himself. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore! He is beyond an asset to the company & a nice guy. We highly recommend his services.

Rene was very helpful before, during and after our project. He always had constant communication with us and was updating us as soon as he knew something. He came out when the windows were being installed to make sure we were happy with how things were going. He was very upfront about everything and there were no surprises. Joe was also very helpful with the design aspect of things. Mikey and his helper worked very quick and efficient as well as clean. Overall we were very satisfied and happy we chose Broward Impact! Excellent company! Rental property window and door replacement. Very little disruption of tenants during the process. Did exactly what they said and great communication. Excellent job barely a touch up needed inside and out after installation. Very satisfied quality windows and doors. I live on a remote island and replaced 26 of my old windows with ESW impact windows. This improvement was a monumental task for me to do as I had so many questions about the types of windows, costs, shipping and measurements. I worked with Madeline at Broward Impact who patiently and professionally answered all of my concerns. It was more than a pleasure working with her. She helped me to have the finished windows crated and shipped to the island where I live. All arrived safely. The windows are beautiful and of excellent quality.
